We will schedule a one hour zoom meeting to answer all of your questions, help you understand your unique concerns and hold your hand through your journey as needed. Agenda: 1.) Review your health history and airway signs/symptoms. 2.) Set a goals list short and long term. 3.) Establish an action plan to improve the way you breathe while you sleep.
