First let's cover why this service is called "airway coach". Many human's don't realize that the snoring, tossing and turning, choking in their sleep and waking up tired is connected to their airway health. When we refer to airway health we are addressing the upper part of the airway and how easily air passes down into the lungs. For instance if our airway health is poor we will struggle to breathe especially during sleep and that in turn wrecks our sleep.
